For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including your profile name. The profile name is used to identify you to other players. It is retained as described in the Data Retention Policy below.
The Application allows you to choose a profile avatar from a set of images provided within the Application. You cannot upload your own images. The avatars are pre-defined graphics supplied by the Service Provider and do not contain or reveal any personal information about you. Your avatar choice is stored together with your profile.
The Application offers optional in-app purchases that provide additional features or remove ads. These purchases are handled securely through the respective app stores (Google Play or Apple App Store). The Service Provider does not store or process your payment details directly.
The Application uses a third-party service provider, RevenueCat, to manage and validate in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymized data related to your purchase status (e.g., whether you have an active subscription or not), but it does not collect personal or financial information. If you make a purchase, your entitlement (e.g., ad-free access or premium features) will be stored locally on your device and verified periodically through RevenueCat to maintain access. No personal data is shared with RevenueCat beyond what's necessary for validating your purchase status.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider retains your profile name and avatar choice for as long as necessary to provide the Application. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, including your profile name. To exercise these rights, please contact the Service Provider at info@th1nk.nl and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 16. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 16 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider (info@th1nk.nl) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
